Dates and prices for summer 2025
Booking your MTB holiday is easy. All you need do is fill in the 2025 booking form and we’ll send you a confirmation with a link to pay your deposit securely online.
There is an initial deposit to pay and then the balance is due roughly 3 months before your MTB holiday. All prices are in €uros and can be paid securely online using your credit/debit card. Of course if you’re booking less than 3 months before your trip, we’ll just invoice everything in one go.
Get 50€ off when you book your MTB holiday by buying an awesome BikeVillage riding jersey, handmade in Scotland.
How does this work? Well if you head over to our friends at TheCycleJersey.com and order one of our swanky new riding tops, we’ll discount your MTB holiday by 50€, which makes it basically a free riding jersey. The jerseys are all designed and hand-made in Scotland. They look a bit tight in the shop photo but actually size up quite generously. Sam is 184cm (6ft) tall and wears a medium. All the sizing charts are on the webshop.
You don’t need to have bought it before you book – we can apply the discount to your invoice retrospectively. How do I claim my discount? Simple – send us photos!! The best way is to tag us in an Instagram post – just post a shot of your new top and tag @bikevillagemtb and whoosh, you saved 50€. Don’t use Instagram? Well you’re probably stood near someone who does, so just ask them to do the deed for you. Don’t know anyone who uses Instagram? Well, just send us a photo of you in your new top, by WhatsApp, email or glued to a postcard.
The prices include:
Full MTB holiday guiding and van uplifts
We run two separate rides each day so that everyone can hit the trails that best suit them.
Moreover our guides are all fully French-qualified career professionals who will show you the best singletrack you’ll ever ride. Taking in Les Arcs, La Plagne, Sainte Foy, the Beaufortain, La Rosiere and the Tarentaise Valley as a whole.
Finally, our free van uplift service runs every day so that we can get further afield in our endless trail explorations.
Food for your MTB holiday
All your meals and much more except lunch and dinner on the Wednesday rest day. That is to say:
Start with breakfast every morning – freshly chopped fruit, cereal, croissants, toast, boiled eggs, fresh bread, cheese, ham and muchos caffeine.
Then lunch for each day’s riding
Also, lots of tea, cake, coffee and beer after the ride.
FInally evening meals on 6 evenings, prepared by our chef Serge, along with all the wine/beer you fancy.
MTB Accommodation
During your MTB holiday you’ll stay at our beautiful partner guest house with our wonderful hosts Kerry and Serge. The rooms are ensuite, the wine flows freely and once you’ve eased any aches away in the sauna, the hot tub on the terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the mountains.
Airport transfers
From Geneva airport, are available for €90 per person each way, within our recommended times (arriving by 16.30, departing after 12.30). This is just cost price with our friends at the transfer company. We can help you arrange transfers outside these times but they sometimes cost a bit more if it ends up a private transfer. We always find a way though!

In short:
Although cheaper holidays do exist, better value ones do not!
Why is this? Partly because we only take up to 12-14 guests in a BV chalet week and just 7 guests on our AlpPackers, so you’ll have more support than most pro riders. Also because you’ll be fed amazing food and pampered by our great hosts. Then you’ll be given expert technique advice and spot on guiding on the perfect trails for you, along with van/chairlift uplifting and the peace of mind of someone there should your bike break.
Also remember that our guides are all ‘career guides‘ who earn their permanent living by being the absolute best at their job that they can be.
That is to say making your week’s biking the best you’ve ever had. Furthermore a full workshop back at base and lots of helping hands will always get you back on the road!
Not to mention that our food comes from the local market, our wine is excellent and flows very freely and the BV terrace is just the best place to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the mountain views.
Overall, we do everything we can to run what we proudly think are the best mountain biking holidays in the world.
And luckily lots of people agree so much they come back time and again!
