When submitting this form by e-mail, fax or phone, we will contact you straight away to confirm availability.
Your holiday will then be reserved for a week or so until we receive your deposit by cheque or bank transfer. If posting a cheque (payable to 'BikeVillage Holidays'), please send it to:

Either way, you will receive a confirmation and the final itemised balance via email. Then send us the rest of the payment 2 months before your departure and you're ready to go!

Conditions
The Contract- A contract will exist between you and BikeVillage Holidays from when a signed/completed booking form booking form and deposit cheque is received and your confirmation is dispatched.
Paying the balance- The balance of payment must reach us at least 2 months before your holiday starts. If this does not happen we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, applying the charges listed below (don't worry, we'd only do this if we really couldn't get hold of you and had heard nothing. It's never happened yet!).
If you change your booking- Any changes to details supplied on your booking form that you wish to make will be accommodated if at all possible. If we cannot, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Cancellation by you- Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed as % of total holiday cost: over 2 months = deposit, 8-4 weeks = 40%, 4-2 weeks = 60%, under 2 weeks = 80%.
BikeVillage Vehicles- Clients travel in BikeVillage vehicles entirely at their own risk. It is a complementary service and while we will try to maintain it, it may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.
Rider responsibility- All riders ride entirely at their own risk. Everyone will have to listen to and read a safety briefing when they arrive and sign a form confirming they agree with it all (details can be supplied beforehand if needs be). Everyone must have travel insurance that covers them for mountainbiking, cancellation and anything else they wish to do whilst with BikeVillage.
