Will you be flying out? Yes No If you are flying remember you should get in to Geneva by about 4 p.m. and your return flight should leave after 12.30. Airport transfers are €25 each way within these preferred times. We can usually pick you up outside these – it's a flat rate of €75 extra to run an extra transfer (i.e €75 extra for the whole group), which covers the fuel, tolls and driver's time.

Your holiday will then be reserved for a week or so until we receive your deposit by card, cheque or bank transfer. To pay by card, you can either ring us or let us know a good time to ring you and take the card details.

If you'd rather pay in sterling by bank transfer or cheque, we'll use that day's exchange rate as reported on xe.com and send you an invoice in sterling.

Conditions
The Contract- A contract will exist between you and BikeVillage Holidays from when a signed/completed booking form booking form and deposit payment is received and your confirmation is dispatched.
Paying the balance- The balance of payment must reach us at least 2 months before your holiday starts. If this does not happen we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, applying the charges listed below (don't worry, we'd only do this if we really couldn't get hold of you and had heard nothing. It's never happened yet!).
If you change your booking- Any changes to details supplied on your booking form that you wish to make will be accommodated if at all possible. If we cannot, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Cancellation by you- Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed as % of total holiday cost: over 2 months = deposit, 8-4 weeks = 40%, 4-2 weeks = 60%, under 2 weeks = 80%.
BikeVillage Vehicles- Clients travel in BikeVillage vehicles entirely at their own risk. It is a complementary service and while we will try to maintain it, it may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.
Rider responsibility- All riders ride entirely at their own risk. Everyone will have to listen to and read a safety briefing when they arrive and sign a form confirming they agree with it all (details can be supplied beforehand if needs be). Everyone must have an EHIC card and travel insurance that covers them for mountainbiking, cancellation and anything else they wish to do whilst with BikeVillage.
