Dates and prices for summer 2018 are listed below. If you’d like to book then all you need do is submit the booking form and we’ll get in touch as soon as we can to confirm the booking. All prices are in €uros and are usually paid directly by credit/debit card. You can also pay by Paypal.
2018 prices are currently frozen at 2017 prices, so book now to take advantage!!
The prices include:
Food – All your meals except lunch and dinner on the Wednesday rest day, which is to say:
Breakfast every morning – fruit, cereal, croissants, toast, boiled eggs, fresh bread, porridge (for those in the know!), cheese, salami and muchos caffeine.
Lunch for each day’s riding (5 days, and it’s 2 lunches per day!)
Lots of tea, cake, coffee, canapés and beer after the ride.
Dinner on 6 evenings, along with all the wine/beer you fancy.
Beer!- There’s a suitably stickered up beer fridge in the garden and we’ll keep it stocked for you.
Accommodation – You’ll stay at the BV farmhouse, and have use of our workshop (fire up the compressor!), pump track, Wi-Fi coverage, hammock-time, bike wash, grazing rights to the cherry tree, big smiles etc.
Full guiding (fully French-legal guiding too) and any van uplifts – We run two or three sepearate rides each day so that everyone can hit the trails that best suit them. Our guides are all career professionals too – no gap year kids here. We will help show you the best singletrack you’ll ever ride in the best style you’ve ever ridden it, taking in les Arcs, la Plagne, Sainte Foy, the Beaufortain, la Rosiere and the Tarentaise Valley as a whole. Our free van uplift service runs every day so that we can get further afield in our endless trail explorations.
Airport transfers – from Geneva airport, are available for €35 per person each way, within our recommended times (all on the booking form). Transfers at other times are possible for a bit extra.
Repeat guest/group discount – We love it when BV guests come back year on year, which is lucky because lots of you do! That’s why we’ve set up a bit of a loyalty scheme – each year you come back you’ll get another €25 off your trip, up to a maximum (and permanent!) discount of €50 off each of your visits. Group discounts apply for groups of 6 and over – just give us a shout if you’re the unlucky one organising your friends’ summer hols and we’ll give you the details!
2018 Dates – Bookings are already coming in thick and fast for 2018 so apologies if the week you are looking for is already full. Hopefully you’ll appreciate that it’s our firm ‘don’t just say yes and then muddle through’ stance that stops us taking any more bookings but also keeps the holidays we do provide the very best there is. Trust us, after the slim years we went through setting up BikeVillage, it feels horrible saying no to people who want to come out with us. Sam just loves the actual guiding too much to want to expand and end up a desk-based manager.

Cheaper hols do exist but better value ones do not! We only take up to fourteen guests a week and you’ll have more support than most pro riders – no food to worry about, individual technique advice and spot on guiding on the perfect trails for you, optional van/chairlift uplifting and the peace of mind of someone there should your bike break. Our guides are all ‘career guides‘ who earn their permanent living by being the absolute best at their job that they can be. That job is making your week’s biking the best you’ve ever had. A full workshop back at base and lots of helping hands will always get you back on the road! Our food comes from the local market, our wine is excellent and flows very freely and our garden is truly one of the most relaxing places on planet earth, with a kick-arse pump track. We do everything we can to run what we proudly think are the best mountain biking holidays in the world. Luckily lots of people agree!
So just choose a date and submit the booking form!
